NAVARRE: A Wynit Company
THE CHALLENGE. In the spring of 2013, Navarre Corporation, a logistics and supply-chain management company, experienced a reduction in its workforce and a relocation of a significant portion of its business from its New Hope, MN headquarters. As a result, the accounting and finance teams were moved out-of-state. Shortly after this transition, Navarre experienced quality issues.
