Nicole Maher | Managing Director
Nicole joined the Hunter Hamilton team October in 2012 with over 15 years of business development experience. The highlight of her career has been working in the staffing and recruiting industry for the past seven years. She thrives on the fast pace and is motivated by the daily challenges the industry provides. The reward at the end of the day for Nicole is the opportunity to partner with so many people. Nicole is energized by the variety of clients, candidates, and co-workers she interacts with daily – they keep her smiling!
On a personal note, when Nicole isn’t spending time with her three children, she enjoys distance running, traveling with friends and family, and training her two new rescue kittens from staying off of the kitchen counters!
Jennifer Johnson | Business Development Manager
Jennifer has been in the staffing and recruiting industry for over 16 years. She started her career as an administrator in a temporary staffing agency and quickly found a passion for the industry. She became a recruiter within her first year and began building lasting connections with professionals and hiring managers in the Minneapolis area. Over the next several years, Jennifer worked closely with clients in a variety of industries, providing temporary and long term hiring solutions. She gradually moved into executive search recruitment for niche roles and then into managing a team of recruiters who shared her passion.
In 2012, Jennifer started with Hunter Hamilton in Minneapolis within the accounting and finance space. Jennifer enjoys working on both sides of the hiring equation: networking with Minnesota companies with growing teams and maintaining relationships with professionals who are ready for their next career. She enjoys getting to know her clients’ needs and understanding their vision to “bridge the gap” from where they are now to where they want to be.
When Jennifer is not at the office or out in the field, she enjoys spending time with her family at the cabin and annual road trips with her daughters to the Smokey Mountains in Tennessee.
Jessica Dauer | Recruiter
Jessica Dauer began her recruiting career several years ago with Pro Staff, Hunter Hamilton’s sister company. She left in 2019 to work for a healthcare management company in human resources, a field she had always wanted to pursue. Once in that role, however, she realized she missed recruiting! She “boomeranged” in early 2020 and is excited to be building her career with Hunter Hamilton.
A few fun facts about Jessica: she was born on her grandpa’s birthday and was given his name, Eddie, as her middle name. She has two cats: Leo, a cross-eyed Siamese, and Fitz, a grey rescue kitty. She was born and raised in a small town called Crosby and graduated with just 70 people. Her hometown is now on the map for being a major mountain biking town – look it up! It’s pretty cool!
Sara Tribby | Recruiter
After earning a degree in communications and human resources from Minnesota State University – Mankato, Sara Tribby began her recruiting career a few years ago with our sister company, Pro Staff. She left in 2019 to pursue an HR role with a transportation and logistics company. Sara quickly found that she missed the pace of recruiting, and so she returned to our organization to recruit finance and accounting professionals for Hunter Hamilton.
A few fun facts about Sara: she enjoys crafting including knitting, cross stitching, and creating unique personalized gifts. She has two cats, one of which likes to play fetch! She is the middle child of three and the only girl. She enjoys outdoor activities and hunting, and she volunteers with the MN Deer Hunters Association to promote wildlife conservation.
Dynette Majors | Managing Director
Dynette has been in the staffing industry for over 15 years. During her ten years with Hunter Hamilton, she has cultivated solid relationships with clients and candidates. As the Managing Director of Hunter Hamilton Kansas City she leads the development of client relationships, as well as the identification and retention of top talent. She understands that recruiting is much more than just matching a job description with a resume; it’s about connecting people and matching a person with a team. Dynette absolutely loves helping people further their career ambitions and changing lives.
Outside of work, Dynette enjoys trying new restaurants, gardening, and relaxing on her deck while reading celebrity magazines (while she does make a point to be well informed about politics and world news, she loves to catch up on the latest celebrity gossip!). Dynette’s favorite things include: Starbucks, chocolate, peanut butter, the movie Along Came Polly, and New York City.
Carmody Ward | Business Development Manager
Carmody Ward joined Hunter Hamilton in May 2015 with a strong back ground in retail and medical sales. As business development manager, she focuses on building business, relationships, and brand loyalty in the Kansas City area. When not at work Carmody loves spending time with her husband, two children, and very large dog named Banjo. She also loves to visit the beach whenever she can get away.
Dulces Hernandez | Recruiter
Dulces Hernandez joined the Hunter Hamilton team in January 2016. His background includes three years of recruiting experience within the administrative and light industrial fields. He says his favorite part of working in the staffing industry is building relationships with clients and helping talent find meaningful jobs.
Outside of work, Dulces enjoys cooking, playing sports, hunting, spending time with his children and family, and taking trips to the lake in the summer.
